Unique approach. Empowered people. Better biologics.
We are intentional about supporting and growing our culture where people can invent, discover, and have fun along the way.
OUR VALUES
Science Day
These annual, all-employee events provide updates and reviews of our programs and other work conducted over the last year. Structured in the vein of a scientific conference, poster sessions and presentations are supplemented with talks by leading external researchers and collaborators.
Science Team Meetings
Each Friday, a team presents their most recent work to employees across the organization. These well-attended meetings are great opportunities for employees to showcase their work and for others to learn first-hand about exciting work going on across the company.
The Buffer Zone
Sometimes we all need a buffer from work. The Buffer Zone, our social planning committee, plans and hosts monthly events and activities, in and out of the office. From mixology classes and ice cream socials to our annual summer outing and winter holiday party, we know it’s important to take a break, relax and have fun together.
Visterra Volunteers
Visterra Volunteers is the corporate social responsibility committee for Visterra. Our mission is to make philanthropic and charitable activities fun and accessible for everyone in the company. Visterra Volunteers support local nonprofits that help people within the greater-Boston area and national nonprofits that support kidney patients worldwide.
